Round table meetings are an extremely popular event at MVREIA as you get to learn a lot of different information in one night! The theme of the meeting will be our 2020 vision: "90 day startup challenge". This meeting will provide great information for starters, empire builders and enders alike! We will have 6 different round table topics (at 5 tables) which will include:

• Entity Structure: You need a legal structure to run your business. What do you use and why?
• Creative Financing: How to structure deals so you do not have to pay full cash at closing.
• Options in Real Estate Investing/Lead Generation: How many ways to invest in real estate can you come up with? To prosper in real estate you must have a lead generation system. But your approach may change based on what type of investment you're planning, so we're combining this topic with the Options in REI discussion. 
• Property Insurance: There are many types of insurance available, what do you need and how much coverage?
• Goal Setting: Having goals in place allows you to focus on achieving your dreams.

You will get to choose four tables (at around twenty minutes at each one) to attend over the course of the evening. We will have local experts to chair the tables and lead the discussions,and to answer any questions you have. So come to learn and share, no matter what your skill level is. This meeting will increase your knowledge and ability to profit in real estate investing!
