OREIA has met with the legislators and officials involved with this new law, and we’ve found a LOT more about how it will be implemented, how it could have a huge negative impact on BUYERS of wholesale deals, and how you can STILL run afoul of license law, even if you do the required disclosures.
We’ll also give all attendees a copy of the disclosure form that will be required as of March.
You really need to be at this meeting if you ever plan to wholesale, or buy from a wholesaler, in Ohio.
