bad real quick! At MVREIA we realize how critical safety is.... So we are
devoting our August meeting to teaching you as much safety as we can.
1st on the docket is well versed speaker well Dennis Gonatas. Dennis is
currently Vice President of Youngstown-Columbiana Association of Realtors
and Chair of their Security Board. Dennis is also an appraiser for the Sheriff's
department and he was an Deputy Sheriff of Mahoning County for 10 years.
Dennis has a very rounded back ground and he is going to teach us how
to safely show and view houses. This is very important information and
knowing it can really save you. Dennis will be teaching and answering
your questions.
2nd up will you Jeff Rickerman MVREIA President and Professional Real
Investor. Jeff will be teaching job site and general safety as well as
answering your questions. For 12 years Jeff was an OSHA certified trainer
teaching all topics from Asbestos to Zika Virus. There is so much you need
to know involving safety and Jeff will be prepared to teach you.
